Luke and his team completed a full remodel of the plumbing in our basement in preparation to finish it as usable space. He was the first person I contacted for the work, and I immediately was impressed with his professionalism as well as that of his team. Luke worked with us to find a solution for our budget that was do-able and has since been our go-to for all problems plumbing and heating. I cannot recommend more highly this husband-wife duo at Rocky Mountain Plumbing and Heating. Whenever we are asked, we are quick to refer friends and family to this company!
Luke was fantastic, super responsive and professional. He helped on a smaller when other plumbers did not even return our call. Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. He’ll be my first call every time in the future!!
I am a retired custom home builder, that has used Rocky Mountain for lots of different projects & taking care of my past clients. These guys do it all. New work, old work, & the service dept. to back it up. Excellent communication from the office too, Kristy is so pleasant to deal with!
I called this company to fix a leak in my sink, they came out and told me the problem was a gasket in the faucet after $125 service fee and $100 on parts and labor my sink was still leaking. When I called to say there was still a leak they told me I have to pay an additional $125 for them to look at it again. I decided to go with a different company in fear I would have multiple service fees before the underlying problem was found. I do not recommend this company.
I had a great experience with this company. I called with a non emergency about my hot water heater. They immediately responded and had someone at my house within a few hours. The problem was immediately diagnosed and resolved and Ryan was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Would call them again if needed.
