We've been using The Laundry Room for our salon's towel and robe cleaning. They have done an incredible job - our pieces have always come back clean and nicely folded. Kevin (our delivery guy) is always prompt and friendly; we love seeing him almost every day. Carol is very helpful and kind. We are pleased with their services, especially when we have to be extra cautious with Covid, and genuinely appreciate them!
Prices very high to use laundromat. $6.00 to wash one load of clothes. Parking ok. Interior crowded , not clean. Wouldn’t go back.
Fantastic service! Our laundry was picked up early morning, and delivered back to us by mid-day. The Laundry Room did a wonderful job, everything was folded to perfection, and the customer service was great. So happy we decided to give them a try! Highly recommend for local laundry services.
I had a very good experience here. I lost my wallet in the building and when I can to look for it it was gone, only to find out, after asking Joe's wife, that Joe spent an hour riding around trying to find me and finally leaving it with the Greenwich Police. Of course I am eternally grateful. It just shows that they are good people.
They keep losing my stuff! I had a brand new set of sheets and they lost a pillowcase and now they lost a head wrap towel. Going to be looking for a new service.
