Did the complete 5 Star detail, and the Greenwich team was fantastic! They carefully went above and beyond what was even listed as part of the package to take care of everything. Even after several days of rain, the top coat looks like it did right after they finished. Inside feels like new. Thank you! Highly recommend.
The attention to detail has really gone down hill at this location. For a $35 car wash, I expect the interior to be wiped down completely. I swear all the workers did was clean my windows. The rest of my interior was completely disregarded. If I wanted just an exterior cleaning, I’d go through the automated wash for 1/4 of the price. I included photos of surfaces that were left completely untouched. They didn’t even put any effort into putting my floor mats back into place. Get it together Splash! Stop spending all your time paying attention to the flashy cars that go through every day, and pay more attention to the customers that have to save up for a nice wash.
Brought car for hand wash service but had bird poop stain on top, Frank reasonable and friendly guy allowed me to rewash the car no issues what so ever, very professional service will come back again from Massachusetts. Thank You❤ufe0fud83dudc4d
The complete five star detailing and hand wash was perfect, I was so happy with the way it turned out. Customer service was knowledgeable, packages were comprehensive, and the results were amazing.
