I mean, it's Taco Bell. What do you expect?
We literally waited in line for over 30 minutes....the staff is however very competent, only screwed my order up once but the wait for a fast food place is just ridiculous. Don't go there of you are in any type of a hurry.
Although taco bell is always good, it seems 99%of the time our order is screwed up or items forgotten.
Long drive through line need additional way to order and receive. So busy they shorted me 2 chalupas and my burrito was supposed to be a double steak supreme with all the fixings. It came with 4 little pieces of meat a small amount of cheese and to much sour cream. Not happy at all.
If the employees would stop trying to be comedians and make idle chit chat with customers, I'm sure the drive-thru would be MUCH faster. Expect to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes no matter what time of day. If you're understaffed and trying to get food out in a reasonable amount of time, you'd think you'd focus more on customer service than trying to perfect a stand-up routine. I'd give no stars if I could.
