Well I was at a 95 stop in Milford and a Ct law enforcement officer approached me to see if I'm o.k. What a professional gentleman.. I was a little sad... And this officer bought me a dinner at McDonald's here. Sooo if you are approached just follow the instructions and relax.. They are are on your side.. Best program in the U.S.... Then I felt worse because he would not take my cash... Yes friends.. It's all about the training program.. These highly trained pros are on your side.. Best system in the U.S. for sure.. Trooper Spina is a danger to the public. Who does he think he is yelling at people the way he does? Absolute disgrace to the badge. Congratulations have a fellow trooper like him

About a month or two ago, I came to Troop G to get my fingerprinting done. They did my fingerprints after having to wait about two hours! When my fingerprints were processed they rejected them because I smudged them. When I came back to the same place I got them done at, one of the officers tells me I can’t get them done. I explained to them that 1. I came here before to get them done, 2. I only have a limited amount of time to get them redone. So the officer goes to ask another officer about it and all of a sudden can get my fingerprints done. My biggest issue is that if you changed the policy for fingerprints to ONLY the department of health, then it needs to be advertised. Please do not inconvenience people because information is not being communicated to the public correctly!

AVOID coming to Troop G Bridgeport for fingerprinting. System is not efficient staff will take over three hours to take your fingerprinting. They said over the phone that it is first come first serve, but They don't follow any order. I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. Pitiful for such as terrible costumer service from state police. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PLENTY TIME if you using their services.

If you're looking to get your fingerprints taken quickly, then go somewhere else. This place sucks. I waited for roughly an hour, and I was the first person in line in the morning. Also, the second person got seen before me.
