Mr. Rooter arrived very quickly and went to work. The tech person asked questions to understand the problem and quoted a price. The service was fast, cost reasonable very efficient and complete. The tech person was professional, personable and friendly. He made the experience very pleasant. My problem was resolved and I am a happy trooper. This is my third time using Mr. Rooter service. Mr. Rooter by far is the absolute best!! The staff are professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Jamie is the absolute best!! He is knowledgeable, courteous, and gets any job done. I needed a new sump pump replaced in a timely manner. Mr. Rooter accommodated me and put my mind at ease. In addition to needing a sump pump they also fixed my drain in my sink. I can ALWAYS count on Mr. Rooter to provide excellent service and treat returning customer satisfied. I will highly recommend Mr. Rooter to others. Once I move I will continue using Mr. Rooter because I am a lifetime satisfied customer!!

Kevin and Dinardo were a knowledgeable, efficient team. It was a long service visit that they effectively managed with ease. They worked steadily without a break. They had all the tools necessary to complete the tasks. We have used Mr Rooter for many years and will continue to use their services. We highly recommend them.

Called Mr. Rooter to check out a few minor plumbing issues we were having. Kevin and his apprentice (sorry I forgot his name) were wonderful. They were friendly and respectful of our property and us, wearing masks and shoe coverings. They took care of our needs and we are very happy customers.

Unfortunately my garbage disposal seized on Thanksgiving morning and my sink clogged. It was a total emergency as I needed to wash my turkey and get it in the oven ASAP. I was so happy to call Mr. Rooter and get a live person who told me someone would call me in 5 minutes. Not only did someone call me but it was the owner who told me he was sending one of his plumbers. I was so relieved. The plumber Kevin then called me within 5 minutes to try to understand my issue and he then told me that he would be on the way shortly. When Kevin arrived he was very professional, polite, & fixed the problem right away. He even cleaned my floor where a little water spilled and could not have been nicer. I was so thrilled that my garbage disposal sink working again and the sink clog cleared. Kevin and Mr. Rooter saved the day! I most definitely will be calling them again and will gladly refer to my friends and family!! My experience could not have been any better!!!
