I ordered a meatball sub meal and the staff was great, one of the guys even asked me how I was doing while he was prepping the sandwhich. I haven’t had subway in a while so they were understanding & I asked if I could get a bag of chips with the meal, and they said yeah man of course you can. Along with the meal I got a lemonade but I spilled some at the counter to pay and as soon as it happened, one of the guys came out to clean it up without scolding me or getting mad. Excellent service and excellent price! Definitely coming back here!

We all know that chain sandwich shops all offer the same menu and there is no exception here. However the friendly owner and staff always do an excellent job with the sandwiches they make for me and that sets them apart from other franchises. While there are many Subway stores in Bridgeport I will go out of my way to stop into this one.

Horrible location, cancelled my doordash after getting my order wrong in the first place. Ignored the phone when I had called back inquiring about my order, meanwhile I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back. Go F yourselves.

Mobile ordering here isn't consistent. Was charged twice for a single error that occured during checkout. Called in to check if they could do something about it or if I should just call my card company. They told me to come in and they'll honor the order for what it was. I went in, they did no such thing, told me there was no number they could offer for assistance and were rude overall. Would avoid the app and this location entirely, there are a lot of better subway locations in the area.
