Garden Catering - Fairfield

Seems like every time I order from here they somehow manage to mess it up. Did not put any seasoning on food or in bag when I specifically asked them to do both. It is very frustrating as a teenager with no actual job to waste your own money on food and have it be ruined because someone who’s job it was to make it correctly was not cape blue of doing the one responsibility they had. Never write reviews but this is how upset I am. It’s a every single time I order from here problem.

This place is the bomb NUGGETS. Always fresh real chicken and the staff are always friendly. This location is near other fast food places, but none can compete with the fresh, well made food served by Garden Catering.

This place is amazing when you get what you order. But I’m celiac and the last two times I called in my order, I explicitly asked for a gluten free boss with only cones (and reiterated at least 3 times). Both times it was normal nuggets with half fries half cones even though the receipt said gluten free (you can absolutely tell the difference with the breading texture- it’s night and day). The first time I caught it and eventually got my correct order. Today, I was in a rush to watch football so I didn’t check until I was in front of the tv. Ended up spending $20 for something I couldn’t even eat.

this places honestly so unprofessional ... they messed up my order 4 DIFFERENT TIMES ... 1 time it's fine twice its ok but 4 times?! thats ridiculous the food might be good but the customer service is terrible .

I have been a long-time customer. For context, under the old rewards program, I frequented this restaurant so much I received the highest reward possible, the Vineyard Vines tie. As with all things, restaurants change and, from time to time, must be revaluated. I have been utterly astounded at the falling quality of one of my favorite places the last few years, and last night was the breaking point. While the value and food quality have steadily declined, I was not ready for a sheer lack of customer service. While the four employees on the floor had enough time to talk amongst each other, they did not have enough time to check the order. Such, the food was incorrectly cooked, seasoning was forgotten, and half the drinks were not included. Safe to say, this was a somewhat boring and embarrassing dinner to serve to family from out of town. I don't see myself going back any time soon. From 5 stars back then to 2 stars now.
