I recently heard that the cleaners was under new management, so I figured I would give them a chance. The store name was changed from Super Seven Cleaners to The Superior Cleaners, not to be confused with the cleaners next to Billy’s Bakery. The new owners are connected to the one on Black Rock though, so It’s more reliable than before. I stopped by the store to find the new owners on-site over-seeing the cleaning and the customer service. Very polite and friendly!! The store definitely had a much better atmosphere. Would recommend giving them another shot, now that the new management is there!!

I went in with one Boy London sweater and one Chanel scarf 100% wool material. The scarf and sweater was not dirty at all. I wore it a couple of time and want it clean. I picked it up, it was fold with the plastic bag on top so I didn't bother to inspect my items. When I wore it, I realized it had DOG hair stuck in my scarf. ALOT of DOG hair.... Like they washed it with other clothes and its wool material so it will pick up hair. The scarf is so expensive, they should know how to care for that 100% wool material. DO NOT RECOMMENDED. I'm so DISAPPOINTED.
