I came today to have clothes washed and folded.nnI asked is it possible that I wash & dry my clothes and for them to fold them.nnThe Lady told me Yes and because we are washing & drying it will only be 60 cents per pound.nnI was happy and decided to give them my business.nnWhen the time came to have my clothes folded the same lady who told me yes shook her head & said no.nnI was outraged & decided to give my review as my compensation to how I was treated today.nnThere are better places than here, Horrible Customer Service.
Staff is so friendly and helpful, and place is so clean, their services are great.
Great laundromat. I used to live close by and came here regularly. Washed my own clothes sometimes and got the wash and fold when I was busy; Both are great. Very clean and spacious. The owner is so friendly and cheerful. I just started bringing my clothes here and didn't even know they had a wash/dry/fold service. Now I drop off my clothes every week and get a text when they're folded and ready for pick up. The service, quality, and personal touch provided here is second to none! Love them so much I had to share with a review.
