I gave them multiple chances to get my shirts right. Collars were always bent awkwardly even after dry cleaning. They put a white dress shirt in the same bundle with a navy wool pea coat causing the coat to shed on shirt. Took a brand new high end black shirt to them and the heat they used to iron faded the collar. The list goes on. Finally done. Not worth the aggravation. Price was good. Service was bad.
Always an awesome experience with these guys. I remember one time I needed a specific shirt done within hours of dropping off my dry cleaning due to an unexpected interview.nnThey were able to get me my shirt with no issues. I will always take my clothes here.
Recently had a bridesmaid dress altered and a flower girl dress altered. The tailor accidentally threw out the straps for the bridesmaid dress, which were attached to the inside of the dress. The dry cleaner also ironed the lace on the flower girl dress, which caused it to yellow slightly. When we brought up the issue with the owner we were met with rudeness, and we were told it was our fault for not removing straps and that the lace was always yellow (which is not true, I had a picture of her trying it on prior to getting it altered).No apology or remorse,just unkindness. After spending almost 300 dollars on alterations I was just looking for some respect and an apology. Just know when you go here they don’t care about customers, just profits.
Great price and service. Had no problem rushing my order for next day with no extra charge. Excellent job too.
