The worst service experience ever. We went to Fred’s to find a dishwasher. We were impressed with Nathan and his knowledge of dishwashers. We found the one we wanted but we wanted to check a few more places. Nathan said well make sure you hurry this is the only one in stock just to let you know it might be gone. So, we shopped a bit more and that afternoon we called back and left a message for Nathan to call us back. He never did, so we called the next day but he was off for two days. We left a message. We called back in two days he was busy so we left a message. The next day we called again and Mike said Nathan was busy but he could help. We told him which dishwasher we wanted to order and he said he would check on it and call back no later than Monday. That was in a Saturday. Monday no call, Tuesday no call so we called back and asked to speak to talk to the manager. He was busy but we could leave a message!! All we wanted was to buy a very expensive dishwasher! Now two weeks later no call back! None! So, we ordered it from Home Depot and found someone to put it in for us. Really!! We wanted to spend my money and out of three contacts, not one could call back. Bad service Fred’s!!! We will never shop with this store again! I advise anyone looking to go elsewhere!

Showroom Service was good and staff knowledgeable until install. Driver rude and now have a $7k fridge for 3 months that still does not make ice despite 2 service visits!! Service tech left today saying ice maker passed the quality test and still no ice and no call back. Agree with other review ....better off going lowes and finding own installer. Freds great when you pay your $20k for new appliances but awful after the fact. Do not recommend.

Buy Local! Go to Fred's and Ask for BraelinnWe just moved to the valley and needed a washer, dryer and refrigerator for our new home. We tried the big-box home improvement stores but were unfortunately met with poor customer service and were told it would be at least a month until the appliances could be delivered. We then went to Fred's and are so glad we did! Braelin was incredibly helpful - she immediately showed us available options and she made the entire buying process easy. She is a true professional and exactly the kind of sales associate you'd want on your team. Thank you Braelin and Fred's!

Higher end appliances sold here. This place has an old school feel. The staff know the appliances and answer questions thoroughly. They also service appliances.
