I would highly recommend Steve Bertola Plumbing and Heating. The quality of his work was excellent. His price for the work done was more than fair. Steve came out when promised and performed all the work in a timely manner. Very professional and heads and shoulders above the others. Five stars!!!!!
I contacted Bertola Plumbing & Heating last Saturday morning concerning my leaky kitchen faucet and received a return call within 5 minutes. It was a pleasant surprise when Steve said he’d be out to take a look at the problem the same day, especially since it was a holiday weekend. Steve arrived as promised and took the time to locate the problem and resolve it. His work is top notch and his pricing was very reasonable. We were extremely happy with his professionalism and will definitely use him for all plumbing jobs in the future! We’ve already spread the word with family and friends!
5 Stars is not enough. Water heater burst on a Saturday afternoon. Steve was out within hour to assess the damage, make emergency repairs and make sure I had use of water for the night. He came back with his crew at 8:30 on Sunday morning and installed the water heater in less than an hour. Would highly recommend him to friends and will be the first person I call with plumbing issues.
Stephen Bertola answered his phone on a Sunday morning when I was in need and told me what to do clearly to stop water from coming out into my kitchen and then told me he would be there later in the day to fix it and he did. Price was very fair. I would definitely recommend and would call him again.
