Good selection of hardware items, the lady employee at the door who demanded that I have a mask on could have toned it down a notch. Politeness goes a long way. Stank just serves to keep people away. Not good for business. In her defense, she might just have been having a rough day and I caught her at just the right moment. Oh well, I'd still go back there.

Best place in Kalispell. Always helpful, always friendly, always clean.

Even though it's a lot smaller than big box stores, Ace Hardware seems to have an even better selection at competitive prices (for many items). I know the staff will be knowledgeable, and it's often a much quicker trip due to how easily I can traverse the store. Big box stores and Amazon have their place, but Ace has is where you go when you want to speak with a human.

They were so accommodating. I bought a Treager grill, and they helped me with all the accessories i needed.

This store took good care of me when I lived in Kalispell and I’m glad to hear they are putting public safety first by requiring mask use. Thank you for your conscientious leadership.
