Door 10 is on southwest corner of the building. They have plenty of parking if u get here night before. Ur delivery time . There's plenty of lighting Plus there's a security car drives around the business . All night . So no worries... receiving starts at 6 AM right next to door 10 there's small door where u need to check in . Good luck stay safe :)
Good place, fast unloading just 1 hour
AVOID AVOID AVOID, was told could deliver Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Got here on Wednesday they was no one here, checked in at 07:00 on Thursday told our appointment wasn't til 14:00. "We'll try to work you in after noon."
Now I could understand if they was busy, but there hasn't been another truck pull into this place since we been here.
I was delivering a load and If you have an appointment expect to be here 2 to 4 hours. Didn't have an appointment arrived at 730 am understand that I was a work in but didnt get unloaded until 1430. Office staff was very pleasant to deal with. But it seemed that they where more interested in shipping out product than receiving. Restrooms very clean. Had an ice machine and also a snack machine but limited items to choose from. And when delivering or picking up shipping and receiving are around back of building dock number 10. If your a flatbed they get you loaded and unloaded quickly I had a dry van very slow to unload.
Had a tire light on went in to have it reset and they took my keys and said it would be a minute and then they gave me the bill 25.00 was never informed of them charging me . They have reset my tire light before no charge . dishonest practice . Go to discount if you need tires they do not ever charge to reset a tire light . FOR FIRESTONE IS PROFIT OVER SAFETY AVOID AT ALL COST
