I placed a large order two weeks ago for a high profile client. After 5 days I realized the order had been cancelled with no notification. I spoke to a member of their sales team who assured me the order would be expedited and I would have the order within 3-4 business days. Once I did not receive the order within this time frame, I spoke to the same sales member who assured me it was scheduled for delivery that day. He provided me the tracking information, as it was not previously provided, and I double checked with the freight company. Come to find out, the order had yet to even be picked up from the warehouse and still had to be shipped across the country. Source4 attempted to blame the MFG, though their website clearly states, and I was verbally told, that the items were in stock. Order Cancelled; product procured elsewhere with next day delivery.
Working with Source 4 the past few months has been fantastic. The team is professional, the work is outstanding, and we are very satisfied with the result we have in our new Distribution Center. We plan on working with Source 4 for our future needs of purchasing warehouse equipment and to implement the highest safety standards with a complete guardrail system for pedestrian traffic. I also have them on speed dial for any questions I have to build up this warehouse right the first time. Cheers to Source 4.
I have seen this company in action, consistently, for over 6 months now. Their office staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their technicians are professional, reliable, quick, and courteous. Their commercial door and pallet rack divisions are outstanding! There does not seem to be a problem that they cannot solve. I would highly recommend Source 4 Industries!

Ordered 2 heavy duty casters paid for 3 day shipping ends up they didn't have the part nor did there supplyer. They are cheap but call and check on your order if it doesnt ship in 2 days cancel it because they wont call you. On 2 occasions i was told after calling ill call you right back. Finally got refund told by email funny i didnt ask them to email i asked for a call
