Though we were ultimately not able to reclaim my money, Officer Rizzitello was diligent and attentive in helping me pursue a resolution, even calling one of the associated vendors on my behalf. Lady who answers the phone is EXTREMELY rude for no reason, I’m a shuttle driver for a hotel downtown and there’s no reason to give me a $134 ticket while on the clock for a right turn on red when there wasn’t a car or pedestrian in sight. The officer who gave the ticket was a female on a power trip as well, don’t think she liked that I have testosterone. Then it’s a mystery to them as to y people hate cops...

I usually see them texting while driving, running red lights and using fowl language but this morning I saw a cop give coffee to workers downtown and it made me feel nice and warm on the inside. Small things make a huge impact. More community training is needed but I have hope for the future.
