We had a great experience today with Roto Rooter. Our service call was to determine whether we had a drainage problem from one of our downspouts that was causing water to pool in part of our yard. The Solution Specialist that came to our home was Damien Ledee (6529). Damien took the time to understand the issue we were dealing with and went above and beyond to help us. Damien was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. He was very personable and patient and really took the time to provide us with exceptional service, it is obvious he cares about his customers and doing right by them. We weren’t sure what to expect with such a big company but our experience with Damien exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely use Roto Rooter and Damien in the future If the need arises again and we would highly recommend them.
My experience was excellent from beginning to end. The staff were courteous and they sent someone out immediately. My repair man was Franklin and he was outstanding. He was kind, he explained everything before and after the job, he was efficient and he did great work! Thank you Franklin!
