I called Russo plumbing because my hot water heater was leaking steamy water all over the basement. The heater was still covered under warranty but I was told they couldn't get anyone out there for several days. They told me to try Craig's List and subsequently hung up on me. Terrible, terrible, customer service!
I have used Russo 3 times in the 2 years I've had this house. Once was to fix the problems that another plumber made worse. More recently, they replaced our boiler in less than a week (just before Thanksgiving) when the Oil company (that we have a service contract with) said it would take 6 weeks. They were also Thousands of dollars below what the oil company quoted!nThese guys rock!
