They added self order touch screens. The inside is always clean. The sitting area has been blocked off due to Covid. You can still order to go. Only Heads Up i would give wpuld be, check your bag to makesure you got all the items you ordered. Honestly you should do that at any fast food joint.

If I could rate my experience tonight 0 stars, I would but I am forced to rated 1 star. The customer service was what you would get from a proctologist with a bad attitude. And you are going to need a good proctologist with the quality of food that this Stamford Taco Bell is putting out. I hope all of the workers have indigestion tonight and tomorrow. I’m not sure why this bean burrito taste like sushi but it looks like a dead squirrel in a broken microwave. By the way this is all serious and what I am unfortunately experiencing in this moment. It was good, service was prompt & friendly but I wish I could order a Quesarito without it being an online order. Americans are suffering through COVID-19 & now this! Why taco bell? Why are you messing with our Quesaritos?!?

Went 4 times in a week. Once they only accepted cash... Once they only accepted cards... And twice the system was down and couldnt take any orders. If you are the owner of this place i pray for your poor lost soul. #garbagebell

They run out of there flavors when it come to the freezies.
