Uncle's Deli

This place had the best egg and cheese sandwich of the 5 different places that I have tried along my route to work. They are also the most expensive and have the least friendly people working if the 5. I still stop here about once every couple of weeks but it would be great if they brought in a more friendly staff.

Food is great, the cooks are very nice. Only reasons why I’m not giving this place one star. The lady working the register is extremely rude. I tell her she doesn’t have to be so rude and she replies with “people just want to get in and out of the store”. I don’t respond and she tells me I need to wait outside for the rest of my food. After about 10mins, I go back in since I was only waiting on fries. They we’re sitting on top of the panini press. The cook was very nice and thought I had left without them. I told her the lady never brought them out me and he apologized for her.

Just left Uncles Deli, fairly unpleasant experience from the time we went in to order, to the moment we got home and ate our egg sandwiches. When we arrived in to order the woman who helped us was simply rude and seemed aggravated we wanted food at a deli.nnWe waited outside for it to be done as we were told for about 15 minutes before I calmly went in and asked if I misunderstood, same woman who took our order was unpleasant again and told me to go check for my food at the register. And then the woman at the register was also a bit rude when I asked about the status of my order only to realize it was sitting behind her bagged up on the counter for who knows how long.nnSimple BEC sandwiches were dry and cold, and they forgot the cheese on one sandwich.nnWas pretty excited to try it out as it looked really nice, was not nice and no longer excited to try it again.nnDon’t recommend if you are looking forward to good service or an egg sandwich made with any love. Hope they change it up a bit in there.

Usually pretty good, ordered my sandwich and specified no tomato (allergic) before leaving saw there was tomato let them know I asked for no tomato. They took the sandwich and just removed the tomato. Still can’t eat my sandwich.

Food was delicious. Service was less than acceptable. My family got yelled at for walking in bc they maxed out the limit of people allowed in. But we couldn't see inside to count. Then while we were inside they let more people in making the total people over the limit anyways. No clear place to order. Spoke to older lady behind the counter who was extremely rude. We did not feel welcome at all, more of a bother. Not sure if we would return.
