Go Green Dry Cleaners

Been coming to go green for the last year and a half since I’ve had my apartment in Stamford, they always return my clothes on time, in great condition, and organize everything perfectly. They will continue to get my business, thank you!! 5 stars

My old dry cleaners were very unpersonable treated me like another dollar earned....and my clothes came back wrinkled and disorganize. Made the switch to go green and will never go any where else. They were very accommodating and my clothes have never looked better. I know it’s such a small part of your day but having clean, friendly dry cleaner just makes your day that much easier and less stressful. GO GREEN!!!!!

This cleaner sends clothing out to a tailor- I guess that should have been the first red flag. They ask for directions on what I wanted to do with my dresses at the location and did not request for me to try on the garments. The person taking the direction told me that she understood what I wanted. I came back to pick the dresses up and they were way too short. I let the person at the front desk know (the same person I gave the instructions to) and she said - Well that's what you told me. I have been waiting to hear from the owner and reached out to the company again for a solution. My options are: Pay for the work that ruined my dresses and make them unwearable for work OR leave my dresses- that I own and paid for - there- for them to toss because they messed up. At this point- I have sought out advice as to how to handle the situation and everyone has agreed that the company should be responsible for the value of the garments. The company is not even leaning towards that solution and I am currently out of an entire summer work wardrobe. I do not know what else to do. I have heard that they are a great cleaning service- but note that they have no clue as to what they are doing when it comes to tailoring. They sound fed up and impatient with me- as they hold MY property that they DESTROYED for ransom - a high price for a botched job. If I could give them negative stars for my experience I would. No responsibility is being taken.

Been using them for a while already and Recommend!nAlways had issues with cleaning white sweaters that would come back gray, tried using so many different cleaners and GoGreen is definitely the only one i trust from now on from t-shirts to gowns/coats. Besides that I can be sure that it's safe and does not smellnThey offer tailoring as well which is extremely useful for me!
