I always have a great experience with this company. My clothes are always ready on time, and I am greeted with a friendly smile. With my hectic work schedule that is all I can ask for.
I’m in from out of town but born and raised in Stamford.nI dropped off a sweater and a expensive Designer Polo (Rag & Bone) which I had worn once.nAsked to dry clean them both. They washed the shirt and shrunk it... and he, Rick refused to replace it though they didn’t do what I had requested. He’s going to try and “stretch it back”.nTake care of customers includes that sometimes if you screw up you may have to bite the bullet. Again...he refused and will mail it out to me since I’m leaving tomorrow.nNot the way to keep a customer.

Worst dry cleaning experience! Do not use! Ruined my fabrics and did not apologize. Awful customer service and rude owners.
