The staff were rude. The manager appeared bored. The food was okay but not great. My child was playing with the game kiosks and ordered a bunch of food without me or my husband knowing. They were not understanding about this and we ended up paying for a bunch of food we unknowingly ordered.nOur waitress was not friendly. She appeared to be annoyed with our three kids.nnDisappointed. Red Robin use to be a great family dining experience. My kids usually left with a little red balloon. This time I was just glad they didn’t leave crying.nnNot on our “try again” list.

Came here with my kids on a Thursday night , they weren’t too busy .. had a wonderful waiter named Henry he was great took our order brought over drinks , food was great everything was fabulous.. the best part , Henry restored my faith in humanity tonight .. we left to continue our shopping , my son 11 had his wallet with him and was saving for sneakers 140 dollars .. he dropped the wallet in Red Robin I’m assuming by our table.. he didn’t notice until about 30 plus minutes after we left , we searched everywhere and while I retraced our steps he ran back to red robin and who was there wallet in hand with every dollar in tact Henry .. Henry thank you for being a wonderful person

Sat in the bar area because tables were all unoccupied but dirty. The bar service was amazing. Fast service friendly and prompt.nnWe got two burgers and a chicken sandwich. Burgers were great. Chicken sandwich was a very small piece of chicken.nnBartender was awesome

The food was not good. I got the fish and chips and the fried fish was very oily. My French fries were soggy and not very hot. My mother got a combo of shrimp and cod. Her cod came out broken up and oily and her shrimp batter just fell of the shrimp and was soggy. We really did not expect much eating at a mall location, but this was just awful. The staff was nice and the location was clean. Just terrible food.
