I had an interesting experience here. I gave them a suit for dry cleaning and asked specifically that a crease be made for the pants. On pick up I realized that what I had asked for was not done. When I called them, they provided me nothing short of a wonderful business mindset! They remembered me specifically and my request, I did not have to ask for a refund. It was given to me without hesitation in-fact, they went above and beyond! The owner said to me “I am cheerfully going to refund you your money but tell me, what can I do to make it right?” Then he proceeded “can I do it for you now? Can I do it tomorrow morning before your interview? Can I clean the same suit after your interview or any other suit?”nnHonestly customer service like this does not exist. In the end they refunded me my $15 and credited $15 more to my account. I hope I get the job in danbury! Wonderful city with wonderful people. Thank you

Nutmeg Cleaners was recommended to me a few years back by Danbury's minor league hockey advertisements. I figured if they could clean that equipment, they could clean just about anything, and I wasn't disappointed!nnAndy, Donna, Sam, and their team do great work at affordable prices, and you're always greeted by a pleasant smile and engaging conversation. There may be other dry cleaners out there, but when you work with Nutmeg Cleaners, you won't consider anyone else!
