Very professional. Axel got the job done when the competition couldn't/wouldn't. I highly recommend Axel to anybody who needs their carpet cleaned. Very fair pricing also.
Horrible!! Horrible!!nAxel was rude from the beginning. We chose to overlook that and the fact he was charging $100 more than other companies. We needed this done for the holidays and he was the only one available.nHis work was slopply, he did a rushed job and he didn't even touch on all areas ofncarpet in some rooms. Needless to say interacting with him he was rude, negative and acted as if he was doing us a huge favor by using very generic simple green cleaner that he stataed was all organic when it wasn't.nnNot worth hiring.
After researching pros and cons of renting a carpet cleaning machine vs. hiring a professional, I went with hiring a professional and did not regret my decision. Axel is professional, thorough, and fairly priced. Carpet looks brand new! Highly recommend.
Axel does the most amazing job cleaning carpets and upholstery. I've called him on several occasions to clean my home and business and he's always flexible and accommodating. His work is professional and his prices are very fair. I highly recommend him!
