I recently purchased a Honda generator from Bethel power and equipment. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go through and show me everything about the generator. The store was very clean, organized and well run. I would highly recommend using Bethel power for any lawnmower, snowblower,Generator or small engine purchases or repairs. Outstanding shop, outstanding people. They stand behind their product and they only sell quality products.
Bethel Power ALWAYS come through! I don't know about you but my equipment always seems to fail when I need it most. The crew at BPE has saved the day on several occasions. They are always helpful and know their stuff. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
I have been waiting my lawn mower to be delivered. The machine has been fixed for a week now and no one called me to let me know. I paid for the repair, but I have been in the dark on when the delivery will be done. Their telephone system has been down for days now and it is impossible to contact them. The only option is to drive there - 15 minutes away! They acknowledged their phone is been broken but they don’t seem to care or feel the urgency to fix it rapidly. I ask the guy behind the counter ... is your cell phone works? Yes... was the answer but this is a personal phone. So I guess a free local phone call to inform the customer on the status of his delivery is not an option. Very frustrating! Their customer service needs to be improved.

Cutting edge technicians with old school service. Even with Covid they far surpass service and expertise in any service business I have visited.
