Terrible experience with a realtor who works at this company. MARK GIBSON is an unprofessional realtor who is clearly just trying to make easy money by putting in no work. The way he handled the showings of my home was completely unacceptable! He was allowing people access to the property where they could do an unsupervised self showing. He did this without the knowledge or the permission of the tenant or the property owner. When he was confronted about the situation, he showed zero remorse for violating the tenant's privacy and safety.

Dave Hyson of this real estate company sold our home through this pandemic, had 4 open houses at the beginning before the Covid-19 pandemic, then laid low until he could get people inside again, brought us two offers within minutes of each other, never attempting to minimize pricing for a quick sale but was very personable and not pushy. We really worked together as a team. I would highly recommend Dave.

Handicap parking and ramps/entrance, but limited regular parking in their private lot, but toll free street parking is available within easy walking distance of entrance. The secretary met us very friendly and guided us to our meeting area. Atmosphere is warm and home like.

Country Home Real Estate a great family owned business. They are stocked with agents who are of the highest caliber! They truly care about each and every customer. The employees are friendly and easy to deal with. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone when buying or selling their house!

I was inquiring about a rental property listed and was treated rudely by the listing agent. Extremely unprofessional responses to inquiries about the property. I guess she doesn’t really care about renting the property if she treats every prospective customer that way.
