Just overall an extremely bad experience with this company. Not responsive to say the least. We were not a priority in any way and because of that, we lost a house because of the bad business practice. If there was more communications and more responsiveness than we would have been better off but we were literally screwed by this company. They didn't hold up any part of their contract. Just wasted our time and money. I'll never deal with one specific seller again that is a part of this company.

Unfortunately, I'm highly disappointed in the responsiveness as well as the unpleasant attitude from Sharron Snyder Minnich. She certainly has a predatory lending strategy and doesn't care about her clients well being. She is a waste of time. Washed out and she cantankerous realtor as well as very uncomfortable in her lack of professionalism when dealing with the public. She certainly has not shown that her resume and experience have remained stagnant. Incompetant. Never again Coldwell Banker.

Please do not work with Sandy Bouras or Jill Romine. They was suppose to be representing me as a buyer and the whole time they was working with the seller. Tried to give me the worse deal ever and even told the seller to hold my earnest money deposit when I caught on that no one disclosed they knew the seller. Also my earnest money deposit was to much from the start, they even tried to get me to give the seller the appraisal that I wasted $600 on and they got a free home inspection report, with Radon levels off the chain. I can not believe they had the balls to request I give the seller half of the earnest money deposit.
