This agent represented the seller in a home that I just bought during a corporate relocation, and to say that I was unhappy would be an understatement. During and after my agent tendered the offer for the property, she proved difficult to reach and in my opinion, unresponsive.nnI had posted earnest money and my lender required a copy of the cancelled check to issue my mortgage. Despite numerous calls and messages from my agent, it took well over a week to deposit the check and that was a minor issue compared with what was to come...nnAll of our belongings were packed in a moving truck and I was set to close. During the walk through, I discovered that the previous owners had left lots of junk...old furniture, building materials and so forth. This was simply awful because we had the difficult time of ridding ourselves of the mess before we could move in. I challenged her as to why she had not informed my agent that the home was not fully vacated, only to be told that she was not allowed to go to the property during the pandemic...so in my opinion, this agent didn't care enough to ascertain suitability to close. In my opinion, she failed to fulfill her fiduciary duty as the agent. Awful!!!
