Worked with a really nice agent in April 2016, but our treatment by the (Berkshire Hathaway) listing agent on the rental we applied for was deplorable. S/he allowed us to sink $150 into application/credit check fees for a property that they had already hand-chosen an applicant for and so had absolutely no intention of even considering us for, despite our stellar reports. That demonstrated bad business practices and I fully believe fraudulence. Our agent told us afterwards that as a married couple we did not have to submit separate applications so that was $75 paid for absolutely no reason; this was the only property we were interested in with them so we would not have sunk money into applications at all if the listing agent had been in any way honest and told us s/he was not even planning to consider us. The entire experience was extremely distasteful and I would never recommend working with such a fraudulent company to anyone.

Horrible people they lie dont believe them! Was told that are gonna help me with my credit the guys name is bill!!! Dont waste ur time! He knew what type of credit card I had and emailed me and said I have no choice but to up my credit limited to up my credit card to make my credit go higher!!! Bill is a horrible person dont ever believe him!
