Is there an option for negative stars? Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Owner is not friendly and could care less about patrons. Service is typically slow but today took the cake. Empty store, 8 employees inside and had to wait a half hour for propane fill. Contacted front desk 3 times. There was even another customer out there waiting in the cold.nApparently wasn't their concern until I went in the back employee only entrance. Owner came out, no smile, apology, not a word. I've overlooked their price gouging for years out of convenience but I refuse to waste my time and money on these negligent people again.
Good if you need something quick but can be a little pricey compared to big box stores. Then again it is local and close.
Good prices reasonable.
Staff is always helpful, prices are good and I can basically park 15 feet from the entrance.
Their staff is very attentive and helpful. Most supplies are available but it is a smaller store so selection has its limits and price is marginally higher than other places but the staff's attitude and knowledge easily makes up the difference.
