We have lived here for three years in a second floor apartment and just moved into a first floor. We just love it here. Everyone from the office personnel to the maintenance are the best. Michele went out of her way to make our move go smoothly. Also the grounds are beautiful and peaceful.

The maintenance team is tops, best I have ever seen. I feel very cared for and supported here. I have been here for 5 years. Best decision I have ever made.

I lived at Springetts Apartments for 2 years. The office staff and maintenance were great. Move out went very well. Miss you all!

When I moved to Springetts Apartments, they went out of there way to make it feel like a home away from home. The office staff is very polite and caring. Excellent maintenance. I would highly recommend Springetts Apartments to anyone. Thank you Springetts Apartments!!!

Love living here! The apartment itself is spacious, has updated appliances, and has lots of storage space! The community is beautiful. There is a tennis & basketball court, a pool (with a diving board!), and a nice gym. The grounds crew work quickly to remove snow and the grass is always kept up with. The main office staff are always pleasant and really take the time to get to know you. They give out a monthly letter with events placed throughout the month to bring the community together (paint nights, trips to restaurants, etc...). Overall a great place to live. I have really enjoyed living here over the last year!
