They provided the service as advertised -- a cash offer for my house without charging us for closing costs. The transaction concluded a month after we accepted the offer and we did not even have to attend the closing. Payment was made promptly after closing and utilities were notified of the change of ownership.

I had a home I wanted to sell (unoccupied), but in the middle of a pandemic I didn't want to go through the hassle of dealing with service people and contractors to do the sprucing up I thought was needed. Integrity First contacted me by phone (also by mail before that, but the letter took 3 weeks to reach me -- by the time their letter arrived the house had been sold). I discussed the property with their agent, and we agreed on a price. After that I only had to sign some papers and hand over the keys. The property sold in about 3 days after the listing appeared. It couldn't have been easier for me. Everyone I worked with was both professional and friendly. I recommend this company to help you sell a home if you don't want to deal with arranging for upgrades and/or repairs yourself in these challenging times. And you will feel safe working with these folks because they professionally observe social distancing and wear masks.

Had a wonderful experience with Integrity First. They helped me sell my mother's house in less than 3 weeks. Ferd was awesome. He understood my situation and worked with me to get the money for the house I needed. Plus on day of settlement Alicia and Jenny went above and beyond to help get the necessary paperwork I needed notarized done. Living in Maryland, selling a house in PA and having a mother in a nursing home in Lititz I felt lost trying to get her house sold quickly. The crew at Integrity First helped me step by step. My mother was ready to sell her home. We scheduled a visit with Kerry Glover one of Integrity's home acquisition specialist. He was very responsive and professional and offered a deal that we could not refuse. I would recommend Integrity if you want to sell your home fast and at a fair price.

Nothing says professionalism, integrity, or “totally not a scam” like texting me from 3 different numbers in 3 days telling me my house is on preforeclosure even though I’ve never been late on a payment and when I check the actual preforeclosures I don’t see my house. If you are a legitimate business you’re predatory and I guess you bought my data from the dark web or something. Also super weird that a bunch of your reviews are all on the same day by people who only reviewed CR Property group or nothing else ever around the same time when I started getting spammed. Lots of five star reviews from people that haven't reviewed anything else, but all seem to lavish praise on their president, Eric.ud83eudd14
