(Absolutely terrible. zero stars). I don’t even know where to start. From our refrigerator being broken and not fixed for 3 days. To our a/c going out in the middle of summer and our poor dog sitting in 90 degree temperatures in our apartment with us for 2 days. This all took place while we were paying $1,245 a month for a ONE BEDROOM. The office staff was snarky and very unhelpful when we brought things to their attention. Now that we’ve moved out they are trying to make us pay a “one day early” move out charge??? which makes absolutely no sense because we called 3 times verifying our last day. Oh and watch your step because there is trash and dog poop literally every 4 feet. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

Long term renter, love my apt. Leased here years ago because of the location. Maintenance is prompt, office staff is courteous. Always continually (sometimes a little too much- ha!) informed of property updates. Everything is very well kept. Planning on staying.

Literally the worst living experience of my life. The tenant below me was spraying bug spray into the intake vent out of spite because he lived on the 1st floor and could hear everything in the building i guess. After getting the police involved he moved out but the cops also mentioned they get calls all the time to the apartments about disruptive neighbors. Yikes from me dog

The apartments suck and the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors at all times and the entire apartment shakes whenever someone closes a door + constant rumble from the highway nearby. Not to mention they are extremely overpriced... you can get something way nicer for what you pay. I would not rent from them again
