Glad I chose the Sigel & Trostle Reality Team! Quick to respond and professional. Specifically my agent, Savannah, was super helpful in guiding me through the process. Even after finding the house for my family she continued to help in advising me with any questions I had about the process. Great negotiator to have on your side when it comes time for settlement too. She found the perfect home for us, got the other party to agree to our terms and saved us a TON of money.nnI'd highly recommend her and Sigel & Trostle Reality to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in the future. Don't even bother with the other subpar competitors out there.

My wife and I had a great experience with The Sigel & Trostle team!! Due to new jobs, we had to move out of state just after listing our house. Jeremiah made the whole process pain free and super easy. We felt completely comfortable letting him handle the coordination of last minute repairs and paperwork needed for closing while we were far away. He was always professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. With Jeremiah's help, our house was under contract within a few days and sold for full asking price. I highly recommend The Sigel & Trostle team to anyone and thank them for their superior service!!!

Allie was very patient and knowledgeable while helping us purchase our forever family home. She understood very quickly what we were looking for. She showed us numerous houses and helped us see the pros and cons of each one. She was able to answer all of our questions throughout the process and give honest, realistic advice. There was never any pressure. She was able to negotiate with the listing agent to get us the home we wanted at a price that worked for us. We are very happy in a home that we love!

Ryan did an amazing job helping us buy our dream home and sell our house. There were a few rough patches along the way with buying our new home due to the other real estate agent, but he made sure everything went smoothly through the whole process. Also, Ryan had our old house sold in 3 days. He listed it on Monday and we had a signed contract on Thursday. It was an amazing experience working with him.nnI would give him 10 stars if that were an option.

All questions were answered and I understood at all times the process, thanks to his staying in close contact with me. We had a very happy end result of selling my house in under two days.
