If I could rate this place a zero I would. Please save your time money and energy. I would never in my life recommend this place to no one. Very money hungry people .You have been warned!!

Well I never rented from these people my sister lives in one of their apartments she lived in this apartment for 29 years and still does I will say my Niece lived on the first floor she had a older senior living their with her he tryed calling them to see if he could stay their he already was their 3 years not on the lease they said they have to check us credit that's Good well come. To fine out someone got into is bank account and took is money iam trying to go on line and fine a email address won,t give me one this man is homeless I Have Get is Stuff Out Of The Apartment he is now on quinten Thanks For Helping a homeless person

The absolute worst place I have ever rented from. We are in the middle of a pandemic and they are completely relentless and don't care about anything other than money. They are money hungry and insensitive. I cannot stand this company and would not recommend them to even my worst enemy.

I rented from Elite Property management about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues with them.nAt one point they had evicted the tenant who lived in the row house beside mine. They put that tenant's belongings on the sidewalk, partially in front of my house. I was sent a fine from the York Police because of the debris and when I questioned Elite about it, they refused to handle the issue for weeks.nIn the short time I rented from them, there were issues with bugs, mice, and a gas leak. In fact, on my move-in date, they had failed to clean the apartment and I had to wait an extra week to occupy the space. They are very slow to respond to all maintenance requests and there are clearly communication disparities between their departments.nThe reason I'm writing this review now is that they just sent me an eviction notice, a year and a half after I stopped renting from them. I feel very bad for the tenant who isn't getting this notification to which they legally have a right.

They lie when they say they're willing to work with you. They only care about getting their money.
