Food is always great but we've noticed service is declining. Most recently, a couple of young guys assembling subs and working the register, seemed new and/or not well trained. Tried to use a new gift card but it didn't work and the guy had no clue how to get it to work, didn't try and didn't get help so we didn't use it. Instead of handing the receipt to us, it was placed on the counter by the register and I had to ask if it was ours then extended my reach to pick it up. New workers should be mixed with experienced workers on any given shift.
They got to fix how app order instruction/side notes print. #31 was missing so I had to get creative. Add jalapeños, lettuce, and tomatoes. Pickles on the side. Everything is on the side and now I need to build my dinner after a 12hr shift.
Food always good....online no touch pickup was a snap. Can't go wrong stopping here.
So I went to the store, obviously to get a sandwich. I ordered the veggie sandwich over the phone. I got to the store and had to wait for about 15 minutes in order to pay for the sandwich I ordered 30 minutes before. This young girl finally asked me what I wanted, in kind of a rude tone, I told her what I wanted, she gave me the sandwich, I took it and left the store. Drove 20 minutes to get home and guess what I found my sandwich to be! A pastrami sandwich.. I ordered VEGGIE SANDWICH. I paid almost $13 for a sandwich that I ended up throwing in the garbage. I was too mad to return to the store and make a scene. I will never order from this store again, and that girl's attitude, Mikaela I think was her name, needs to be addressed. I wish I could give Zero stars. This store is too crowded and the staff doesn't pay attention...
Can't help myself, out of all the apps. This one I recommend 100% . Fresh,clean, delicious food !
