I called in and talked with Scott in flooring. Great to talk to and even took my number to call me back with an answer. Called back in less than an hour! Great customer service and had my flooring waiting for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Super friendly and helpful staff, could not find the right nut for the bolt I had after I lost it, but the gentleman there helped me find what he thought would work and when it didn't he helped me again and ended up finding the correct one. His dedication to help and not be annoyed or anything of the sort made me less stressed about the whole situation. Great store!
They always seem to have what I need. Well organized. I just wish we could have a home depot on the West side of York, Especially with all the empty buildings around here.
I asked an associate for help, he told me he didn't have a minute he was to busy closing down the aisle I was standing in and rushing me and another customer out of the aisle. I left the store and called to speak to a manager about their customer service, and was on hold for over ten minutes just to be hung up on. What ever happened to customers come first and good customer service, looks like ill be shoping lowes.
