Bad customer service. Started an email conversation with Tom at York County Lumber about a project that I was looking for lumber on. Tom sent a quote and asked if I had any questions. Sent over my questions and haven't heard back since. Tried following up but I've heard nothing back. Not sure how ghosting your potential customers works as a good business model.
Friendly staff and had a good selection of lumber.
I'm glad to see that dave has moved into retirement was always a pleasure to work with.nApparently my low volume does not currently constitute their time any longer.n3 stars cuz Dave USED to work there.
