I stopped into this dry cleaners after getting a Pizza next door to ask a question. After my blanket. They help me with all my questions very well with great attention. I had a great experience and my blanket was clean the best it had been thank you organic dry cleaners your the best

I have a great experience every time I go here! I have had my printed tote bags and lab coat dry cleaned here for the typical local price. I have also had them work on a couple alterations: I paid them to have a black elastic band added above my water bottle pocket because all my reusable water bottles are too tall for the pocket, which have resulted in them falling out! I do not have to worry about this anymore, and don't even think about it! It just works like it should! I received a pant from Dress for Success that did not fit me well. It was the best fit they had according to my stylist. The length fit me perfect, but the waist was too big and it does not have loops for a belt. I thought I would try my shot at the dry cleaners, although I was afraid that the price would indicate that I might as well buy new well-fitting pants. Sewing myself was out of the question as I have tried and tried in the past, but I cannot even sew in a straight line. The guy working there offered to do an actual redo of the waist ($30+) or two darts ($12 each dart). I would have to pay between $24-$30+ and probably might as well buy new pants that I also really cannot afford. I told him that I had gotten them free from Dress for Success, and he said that he personally supports their mission! I thought that was really cool. He put a couple darts in without measuring me, and it fit perfectly! Amazing! He finished it up, and pressed, then only charged me for one of the darts! I am SUPER grateful as I do not have much money! Also, I thought I was going to drop it off and pick it up two weeks later because of the holidays, but he was able to do this within minutes! I'll be able to use this for any job interviews I may have sooner than I thought! THANK YOU! I will come back for future dry cleaning when I start wearing those blouses from Dress for Success as well!

Had several pieces. Needed a button added to a sweater. Went to pick up my belongings on the day that I was told and it was not ready. He asked could I come on Thursday. I told him I'll stop back on Friday, so an extra day.. RIGHT!! NOPE IT STILL WAS NOT READY AND NO REFUND!! THEY ARE HIGH TOO BOOT AND DON'T EVEN COMPLETE THE TASK!! SO DONE!! If I could give them no stars, I would!! Service has gone down since I started going here a few years ago!!
