We would like to take a moment to give you some feedback on one of your agents, Rebecca Swartz. We moved to Kila from Seattle and Rebecca was recommended by our agent in Seattle. We wanted privacy, a little land, convenience to amenities, nice kitchen, room for guests , high speed internet, No HOA, No golf courses (just to name a few preferences) and ALL for a decent price. Oh yes, and we had to close within 3 weeks! She handled our personalities beautifully and thought outside the box to meet our needs…and we had fun! The first house she showed us when I came to look at houses, was one that I had already rejected based on it’s photographs. I fell in love with it when I walked into it and eventually, it was the house we purchased. We have not regretted either the decision to use Rebecca as our agent, or our decision to purchase this house. I could spend several paragraphs detailing the ways Rebecca made our transition to Montana easier (and will be happy to do so if you need me to); but the proof is that we have already referred Rebecca to two different couples that were planning on moving to Montana.
