Posting to share our positive home buying experience with Craig who was friendly, resourceful, and an all around great guy. We appreciate Craig putting in much of the legwork early in the process, which assisted us in narrowing our search. He was flexible and accommodating when showing homes. His insight helped inform our purchase. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and home. Craig’s remained available and communicative since to provide additional info and assistance, which we truly appreciate. We’d definitely work with RE/MAX Whitefish and Craig again if we were to buy/sell in the future!

We feel very fortunate to have found Monte in our realtor search for the Whitefish area. As we are not from Whitefish, we needed someone with a good knowledge of the area who was available and responsive to check into properties. Monte was more than willing to do video walk-throughs and provide valuable insight into the pros and cons of each area. He was professional without being too formal, and easy to talk to and work with. He went above and beyond by going to the property several times to pick up packages, meet with contractors, etc. We highly recommend Monte if you need an agent in the Flathead area.

Who knew buying real estate could include fun, friendship and little stress. My wife and I were looking for a second home close to our daughter's family. We met Craig Prather and he showed us many possibilities....the process ended in a sale (probably not the last sale) and a lasting friendship. Craig is very professional and patient. Not only is he an expert on the area and property values, he knows the little gotchas to look for with older Whitefish homes.nnHe and his team found me my dream home, helped me with everything from negotiating on price and inclusions like furniture, to finding the best contractor/ handyman options for some little projects after move in.nnHe probably won’t love me sharing this, but he even took me and my son fly fishing - which was amazing - because he understood the importance of balancing the house hunting with enjoying what makes Montana so special.
