Outstanding customer service!! Five stars for responsiveness and going above and beyond to ensure we had hot water when our hot water heater kicked the bucket. I was blown away when another plumber in town could not get to us for 2 weeks and Charlie with In-Sink was at our house the day we called, despite a full schedule. Charlie's pricing is competitive and the quality is top notch. I would not even think twice about considering anyone else for any critical plumbing need! Charlie is honest, personable and knows how to put the customer 1st! Thank you for the outstanding service!!

Called and spoke to owner, Charlie. Said I did not need a new hot water tank, that this one one was not that old. Waited for tech to come, next day. Tech showed up and was going to change element, but there was prior water damage, from the last leaky tank. Tech called Charlie, Charlie would not completer the work needed, even though tech said that Charlie was more of a replace it guy.nSurprised he is still in business actually. Tech was nice, and helpful, though no work was completed. Posted this review. .

Summer of 2017: way too expensive, took way too long to find the leak and then way too long to fix the problem and charged way too much for the entire job considering everything! Just very unhappy and unsatisfied with the entire experience. Then tried to call again for a situation for a quote spring of 2020 and had another terrible experience with the that whole entire situation....so this last time I never did get a reply or person to even consider helping me. However I must comment in looking online it said open and it was not and it said 24 hours and it was not.

In Sink did a terrific job for me. I had a toilet that was hard to clear of waste. In Sink quickly identified my toilet was very aged and likely the culprit. I was told he would comeback on X day, he came back on X day. Completed the job at a reasonable price. In this trade, punctuality is a dying trait - not at In Sink.
