Nico who first came to inspect the property was professional, pleasant and went out of his way to pick up the signed contract at my sister's home. Owner Erik, who determined the sales price, was very professional and offered a fair price considering the condition of the dwellings, out buildings and landscaping. The contract called for settlement on October 30, and I was very pleased that Erik worked quickly and was able to move settlement up from October 30 to October 9. My end of settlement was handled via FedEx and the proceeds check arrived on the next business day.nI had more contact with Kelsey than anyone else, and Honest Home Solutions is fortunate to have such an efficient, professional Office Manager who was always friendly and easy to work with.nIn short, Honest Home Solutions lived up to its name.

I have been harassed by this company over a home I DO NOT want to sell. I have told them repeatedly to stop contacting me. They send postcards, they text me, they call me, they even called my place of employment and left a message saying I was interested in selling my home, but to no avail. They will not stop!!!

Honest Home Solutions after committing and signing an agreement to purchase our mothers home. Without any warning or conversation 10 business days prior to closing date canceled the contract. We've tried several times to communicate with them with no response on their part. We believe that this was a result of them not finding a third-party buyer and not honoring their word and commitment to purchase the property. We strongly suggest that anyone looking to do business with this company reconsider and go elsewhere.

I recommend Honest Home Solutions to anyone that wants to sell their house fast and with no hassles. My house was settled within 30 days. The people at Honest Home Solutions are very friendly and try to accommodate you in every way.
