Gina made it happen for us! She was able to get top dollar for our beautiful contemporary home in the country. Selling a contemporary home in the country is not an easy task. It has to be the right buyer whose looking for a home that is unique. I believe we received positive results because of her expertise and sales marketing strategies. Even in the midst of the pandemic and shut down, she was able to sell our home fast. Gina is professional and personal at the same time, which made the whole process of selling our home a wonderful experience.

I have been working with Gina Baum with Howard Hanna for about three years now, and she is a FANTATIC agent!! She is extremely professional and is a great advocate for her clients and customers! She is also very attentive to each and every detail that is happening throughout the life of any give transaction! I LOVE working with Gina and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great realtor!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Did not follow herself nor did she enforce our mask requirement to enter our home. Not only was this listed on all of our paperwork, but we put a large sign on the front door with another reminder. We have high-risk, vulnerable people living in our home and Gina’s lack of regard for our safety and health was extremely disrespectful. If she can’t be bothered to comply with an extreemely easy request to wear a mask, then I wouldn’t trust her with the daunting and personal home buying experience.nnEdit: The business owner has replied that my review is untrue. I have nest cameras in my home because I have children. She entered and toured my entire home without a mask. It’s unfortunate that instead of taking this opportunity to apologize, she’s doubled down and called me a liar, even though it is on camera. Per the ADA, having asthma does not preclude this agent from wearing a mask. In fact, I verified with the licensing board for PA that licensed agents are required to wear a mask when touring homes. If Gina feels that she cannot wear a mask due to her asthma, then she should not have ignored the mask requirement on the listing and on our front door, and should have excused herself from this showing. The lockbox was a key coded lockbox, it does not require facial recognition, what an absurd thing to say.
