Love this neighborhood!! We have great neighbors some are very loud at night making love with there windows open ud83dude02but ya know.... lol it’s Pet friendly, has a pool,(pet wash ,gym/clubhouse coming soon!!)

No privacy. Bad management no room to park always trying to find a parking place. Paint peeling off walls. Bad remolding job and during covid....management didnt care they took advange of several situations...went as far as holding postal keys. Avertise for pool but dont open pool!!! If we could break lease we would. One star only because u can have pets.nThe email picture is the final kicker! Why would someone who rents have to pay for a screen door?????

This is an update from months ago. It is still a 1 star rating. This place does NOT care about the tenants that live here.

Went to the pool two of the chairs have something brown on them. Not sure if it's chocolate or bowel. Mo matter what it is, it should be cleaned.Called the life guard over and showed him he looked at it and walked away. Went into the office and reported it to the staff. Asked if it would be cleaned up, they said yes it would. They said it was the first time they heard about it. Not sure when it will be cleaned. The chairs, tables and area of the pool should be cleaned everyday. There is not enough chairs or tables to accommodate the residents as it is. They are ordering more I seen from a paper hanging on my front door.
