- not worth 935$ a month in all honesty. Is way too loud.n- also moved my apartment last minute from a really nice location to one next to the pool and the maintenance shed. was so loud it was ridiculous. I like peace and quiet. Not recommending to others because of that.

Not bad apartments. I've never lived in them but have heard alot of mixed reviews from friends and family. Buildings made cheaply but apparently maintenance does come out without any hesitation. Overall a 3/5 star rating I think is fair for your county.
