Jerry's knowledge of York County was so helpful in our search for a new home. He was prompt in answering our questions and his knowledge of house construction issues was invaluable. We had specific criteria on what we wanted in our new home and he was able to find the perfect one for us!

We found Jerry to be an extremely knowledgeable realtor who is very easy to work with. Before we signed a contract with Jerry, he met with us and discussed information that we had not even thought about. He gave us a packet showing his research of the surrounding area/properties that he used to determine the asking price for our home. The packet even contained a sample form showing his recommended asking price, minus all the fees, commission, taxes, etc. and the net proceeds from sale so we at least had an idea of what we would possibly end up with. When we decided to sign a sales contract with Jerry, he also discussed his plan for next steps if no one showed interest within a week of putting on the market. We never had to go to “next step” plan because within one day we had a showing and an offer. Jerry’s advice was extremely helpful working through counter offers over settlement date and closing costs. Jerry was available and responded promptly to any questions we had throughout the marketing, sale, and settlement process. Thanks to Jerry’s expertise, our home sold much quicker than we expected and for more than original asking price.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience buying with Professional Realty Associates. Jerry was willing to speak with us at any hour to answer any questions or concerns that we had, and he did an exceptional job of negotiating with the seller so that we could get the best price for our home! I originally bought the home from Jerry and even though he wasn’t representing me, he worked hard to make sure I was happy with the house. Choosing Jerry to sell the house was an easy decision. He guided me as to what needed to be done to get the house in “show quality” and listed it on multiple sites. He made sure we had at least a days notice when the house was to be showed. He was able to negotiate a good price quickly. I would highly recommend him...you won’t be sorry…...M. Heilman

He goes above and beyond with helping you find a home and then he even makes sure to follow up with you several times after closing is done and your settled in your new place.
