The owner of this company has hired a towing company to watch his parking lot even on weekends apparently. On 09.26.2020 even when his business was not open, a tow truck operator from J and A Towing and Recovery backed up to our car with my husband and son still in the car and hooked it up to the tow truck. The operator said he would take $125.00 cash only to let us go. He did not offer a receipt or give any warning since he was committing what is referred to as “predatory towing”. One would think that if the towing company has been instructed to proceed with this practice, maybe the owner of this realty company is taking a cut. Who knows....
